Ark mods wont download

Hey this is my parameter. But the mods wont work on my server. I dont now whay. I uploaded the mods on the mod folder with an ftp tool. As you can see i rigth the mods in my parameters.

Did you try deleting Steam's download cache? It's in the same menu that change download region is in. Then when i click out of all of that "starting mod 499751025 Download" stays in the middle of my screen and "installing 1 mods (eradicator v2.0 -)" stays in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
